Rooted in East Coast values and a disciplined family office mindset, Hodge Atlantic Group is driven by a philosophy that balances entrepreneurial agility with institutional rigor.

Roderick brings a uniquely hands-on approach to investment leadership, shaped by years of operational and financial oversight across diverse sectors and international markets. His career began in hospitality, where he managed hotel portfolios in New York, Chicago, and across 14 properties in Mexico, collaborating across departments to stabilize operations, drive profitability, and strengthen financial controls. He later transitioned to sports and entertainment, managing financial performance for the food and beverage operations at high-profile venues including SoFi Stadium, BMO Stadium, and the LA Memorial Coliseum. Most recently, he oversaw and approved fund movements at Fidelity Investments, adding institutional precision to his proven track record in strategic financial management.

Roderick brings over a decade of experience in finance and operations, with prior roles at Fidelity National Financial, Triumph Hotels, and Grupo Habita. He has led transactions across diverse industries, specializing in deal origination, structuring, and portfolio management.

As Founder and Managing Partner of Hodge Atlantic Group, he leverages this expertise to create value, drive growth, and position the firm as a leader in private equity.

Howard Hardiman III

Howard has over a decade of experience in hospitality management, having led operations at renowned properties like The Plaza Hotel and The Standard. He combines financial expertise with hands-on leadership to drive efficiency and optimize performance.

Today, he applies this skill set to create value and support disciplined growth in the private equity sector.

Georgio Georgedakis

Georgio is a seasoned logistics and operations executive with experience managing six U.S. locations and over 600 employees. Drawing on his entrepreneurial background, he specializes in scaling businesses, franchise development, and performance optimization. He now applies this expertise to drive efficiency, scalability, and value creation in the private equity space.

Roderick Hodge is the Chairman of Hodge Atlantic, a multifaceted enterprise with roots in technology and a strong presence in real estate and investment. A computer programmer by trade, he began his career at IBM before transitioning into real estate, where his strategic vision and disciplined approach fueled the growth of a diverse property portfolio.

From residential developments to large-scale commercial holdings, Roderick has built a reputation for identifying market opportunities and creating lasting value. Today, he is recognized as a leader whose reach extends nationally and internationally across the real estate industry.

Ty Harris

Ty Harris is the Founder and Manager of Vasa Solutions, bringing over a decade of international business experience across Asia-Pacific and India. He specializes in the manufacturing, sale, and distribution of industrial machinery, with expertise in cross-border operations, supply chain optimization, and market entry strategies.

Known for bridging cultural and commercial gaps, Ty has built a strong reputation for driving sustainable growth and operational efficiency. His deep knowledge of local regulations, business practices, and relationship-driven negotiation makes him a trusted partner for global firms expanding in Asia.

Global Head of Real Estate

Valentina Porras

Valentina is a seasoned real estate professional with deep expertise in investment strategy, acquisitions, and asset management across residential and commercial markets. Over the past 6 years Valentina has specialized in client management and helping her community build wealth through real estate.

After successfully closing over 170 transactions personally she now leads a Zillow Flex sales team with agent partners all throughout Florida. Valentina and her team deliver consistent, risk adjusted returns for their investors, sellers and residents relocating.
